    Trinity Point Church

    Trinity Point Church, represented by Pastor Frank DeLeo, was recognized as an active business partner with Richland Middle School. The church has graciously supported our students. 

Summary of Actions

  • Approved the donations from: 

    • Porter Elementary PTA to Porter Elementary; 
    • Rita Roberts to Richland High School’s fine arts program; 
    • Upper Ninety Soccer Booster Club to Birdville High’s boys soccer; and
    • Birdville Choir Boosters, Inc. to North Ridge Middle School. 

    Approved the 2021–22 Campus Improvement Plans. 

    Approved the 2020–21 Annual Financial Report. 

    Approved budget amendments. 

    Approved the resolution approving the requirements of the Public Funds Investment Act. 

    Approved the easements for the Big Fossil Creek parallel relief sanitary sewer main M-402A, Phase 2, Parcels 10PE and 25TAE. 

    Approved the resolution of litigation in Civil Action No. 4:21-Cv-00022-P, pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

  • Approved the bid/purchase for: 

    • On-site refueling from O’Rourke Petroleum. 

    Approved the final payment to (monies for these projects come from 2018 Bond funds): 

    • Fugro USA Land, Inc. for construction materials inspection and testing services for Smithfield Elementary; and 
    • E-Logic, Inc. for asbestos abatement at Major Cheney Elementary at South Birdville.
