Approved the donations from:
- Richland Area Band Boosters to Birdville Fine Arts Department.
Approved the resolution to pay staff during the time the District is closed for the public health emergency (COVID-19).
Approved budget amendments.
Approved the adoption of the recommended English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) textbooks.

Approved the bid/purchase for:
- Band uniforms for Richland High School from Fred J. Miller, Inc.;
- Prekindergarten furniture from Indeco Sales;
- Chiller replacement at Haltom High School from Infinity Contractors;
- Follett Destiny Resource Manager from Region 11; and
- Furniture for modular classrooms for Watauga Elementary and North Oaks Middle School from Indeco Sales.
Approved the contracts with: (Funds come from Bond 2018 funds)
- Ragle, Inc. for the construction of the pedestrian bridge and parking lot for the new Cheney Hills Elementary.
Approved the final payment to:
- Nouveau Construction and Technology Services, LP for security enhancements at various schools.
Approved the interlocal agreement with Tarrant County Precinct 4 for asphalt paving services.
